What is a promotional and corporate video?

    •Promotional- is a video which is trying to sell you something and they want you to buy it so they make what ever there trying to promote to look really nice so it attracts your attention.

     •Corporate- is a video which tells you facts about the item they are trying to sell, also they have video clips which show you what they do and how they help etc. also it is probably a big company which is doing the advertising. E.g. is nike, microsoft etc. 

What are the differences?

•The differences are that one try’s to sell you something and the other includes loads of facts to make it sound better.

•Promotional- video about the product and making it stick in your mind.

•Corporate- has a lot of facts so they stick in your mind.

Good corporate/promotional video

•A good promotional video has to include the product working and it being shown what it looks like in different environments, and also the cost, how fast it is etc. also have someone talk about it.

•A good corporation video has to include plenty of facts and a narrator being able to tell them and explain a little about them. Also to have a video of the object being in use of an effect it can cause etc. also they will need to have someone from the company talking about what they do.

Bad corporate/promotional video

•A bad promotional video will have nothing about the product, they don’t talk about the product, they don’t show the product in a open environment.

•A bad corporate video will have no interviewers talking about there company and what they do also having no images of where they go and what they do.
